Pre-doctoral grants in partnership with an institution or a company

To improve the quality of our students’ experience and inspire them to pursue a doctorate, we are working on three specific models of pre-PhD scholarships in France.

 

Objectives

  • Fostering the emergence of research subjects, especially concerning pressing social issues;
  • Encouraging non-civil-servant students to pursue a PhD by giving them time to refine their research subject with a mentor;
  • Supporting students as they start their professional career;
  • Building a flourishing and varied network of research partners.

Program Features

  • 2-year grants of 1,000€/month for non-civil-servant students;
    Introduction of students into a network of our partner institutions and companies to foster research collaborations;
    Support and guidance provided to students by an academic mentor and a partnership mentor.
